EEG/Brainwave Images — Set 1

The images shown below display brain activity from the low Delta range (0.1Hz) to the high Beta range (40Hz). The following colors are used to represent the individual brainwave activity ranges:

Fig 1: Brain activity in a normal state with no binaural audio. Notice the high level of Beta activity (orange and red). Beta is the dominant brainwave state when we are active and alert.		Fig 2: Brain activity in a relaxed state with no binaural audio. Notice the increase in Alpha activity (yellow). Alpha activity becomes dominant when we are relaxed.
Fig 3: Brain activity after 10 minutes of listening to the Insight CD. Notice the increase in Theta activity (green) and Delta activity (blue).		Fig 4: Brain activity after 15 minutes of listening to the Insight CD. Notice the additional increase in activity in the lower Delta ranges (blue).
Fig 5: Brain activity after 25 minutes of listening to the Insight CD. Notice the additional increase in activity in the lowest Delta ranges (blue).
