Relaxation & Meditation Techniques

In this section, we've included some simple relaxation and focusing techniques that can be used during your Insight CD listening session or on their own at any time throughout the day.

While the Insight CD is a powerful and effective relaxation and meditation technique on its own, you can combine your listening experience with almost any other traditional meditation, relaxation, or focusing methods you may already be using.
