The Immrama Institute handles refund requests only for items ordered directly through us either by telephone or in our online store.  If your item was purchased from a retail store or reseller, you must contact the reseller to obtain a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure to add us to your "allowed sender" list (the list of email addresses from which you will accept email). If we are not added to your allowed sender list, our email containing your Return Authorization Number may not reach you.
